PolarisDesk: how we built our own planning and time-tracking system

At Planet Polaris, planning has been complex for years. We work for many clients, on very different projects, with deadlines and unexpected questions that always need immediate attention. Over the years we used several tools to manage projects, planning and time tracking, most recently Monday. But we kept running into the same problem: the systems were either very expensive, too limited, or overloaded with features we did not use but still paid for.

So we built our own: PolarisDesk
