IATDMCT 2028 in Ghent: identity and save-the-date campaign

At IATDMCT 2026 in Rennes, Prof. Christophe Stove (Ghent University) and Nick Verougstraete officially launched the campaign for the IATDMCT 2028 conference in Ghent. Planet Polaris was responsible for the creative work.

The International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology will meet in Ghent from 1 to 4 October 2028, under the theme From Dosing Science to Overdose Science: steering the fine line in Ghent.

What we created

For the launch we developed the conference identity and the save-the-date materials: a theme logo, banners, stage visuals and printed flyers, all rooted in the skyline and character of Ghent. Attentive Ghentians and cycling fans may even recognise in the logo where the main lecture hall will be.

“Creative credits to Gys Godderis, who perfectly sensed what we wished,” wrote Christophe Stove after the launch. That is the kind of feedback we work for.
